The website

Browsing wolfgangpoker.com requires no account. You may read it, share links to it, and follow it out to our channels and store. You may not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, or present it as your own.

We may change, move, or remove anything on the site at any time, and we do not promise it will always be available.

Our content

The videos, footage, thumbnails, graphics, written material, and the Wolfgang Poker name and marks are owned by Wolfgang Inc. or used with permission. Nothing here grants you a license to republish, resell, re-upload, or make derivative works from them.

Ordinary commentary, criticism, reaction, and news reporting are a matter between you and the law of your own country, not permission granted by us. For anything beyond that, such as licensing a clip or using footage in your own production, write to wolfgang@wolfgangpoker.com.

wolfgangOS

wolfgangOS is not a public product and is not offered for sale or download to the general public. Access is by invitation only, granted to members of the Wolfgang Inc. team and to contractors working on our productions, and is tied to a Google account we have added to the roster in advance.

If you have been given access, you agree to:

• use it only for Wolfgang Inc. work, and only within the permissions assigned to your role;
• keep your account to yourself, with no sharing of credentials and no signing in on behalf of someone else;
• treat unreleased footage, project material, and anything else you see inside the application as confidential, and not copy, publish, or pass it on without permission;
• leave the application and the systems it connects to alone: no probing, no circumventing access controls, no automated bulk extraction.

Work produced through the application in the course of our productions, including projects, hand records, edits, narration, and the footage itself, is the property of Wolfgang Inc.

We may suspend or remove access at any time, in particular when someone leaves the team or a term above is broken.

Third-party services

Both the website and wolfgangOS rely on services operated by other companies, including YouTube, Google, and our hosting and storage providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. For YouTube, that means the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for what they do, and nothing here implies any partnership with or endorsement by them.

Entertainment, not advice

Our videos and anything published here are entertainment and personal commentary about poker. They are not gambling advice, financial advice, or a suggestion that you should play, wager, or stake money. Poker involves real financial risk, results shown are individual and not typical, and outcomes are never guaranteed.

Gambling is regulated differently everywhere and is restricted by age. Whether you may play, and where, is your responsibility to know. If gambling is causing you harm, seek help from a qualified support service in your country.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The website and the application are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Wolfgang Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of your use of the website or the application, including lost profits, lost data, or losses connected to gambling. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of the page changes, and continuing to use the website or the application after that means the new terms apply.
