Privacy Policy

How Wolfgang Inc. handles information on this website and in the wolfgangOS application. Last updated August 17, 2026.

This policy covers two things: the public website at wolfgangpoker.com, and wolfgangOS, the private production application used by the Wolfgang Inc. team. “We” means Wolfgang Inc.

The website

Browsing wolfgangpoker.com requires no account and no sign-in. We do not ask for personal information, we do not run advertising, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider records ordinary server request data (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) for security and reliability, as any web host does.

Pages on this site link out to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and our merchandise store. Those services are operated by other companies and have their own privacy policies, which govern anything you do once you leave this site.

wolfgangOS: who it collects information about

wolfgangOS is not a public product. It is used only by people we have invited to the Wolfgang Inc. team, who sign in with a Google account that we have added to the roster in advance. If you are not on that roster, the application collects nothing about you.

wolfgangOS: what it collects and why

  • Account identity: the name, email address, and profile picture on the Google account used to sign in. This confirms the person is on the team and shows colleagues who is assigned to which project.
  • Work created in the application: video projects, poker hand records, notes, and recorded narration, all produced by the team in the course of making the channel's videos.
  • YouTube channel data, read-only: information about our own channel's published videos and how they are performing, shown inside the application beside the project that produced each video.

We use this information solely to produce and manage our own videos. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, we do not use it for advertising of any kind, and we do not use it to build profiles of anyone.

How wolfgangOS uses YouTube API Services

wolfgangOS uses YouTube API Services to read information about the channels we own and operate. Its access is read-only: it cannot and does not upload, publish, modify, or delete videos, comments, playlists, or any other content, and it never acts on a user's behalf on YouTube.

By using an application that calls YouTube API Services you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

You can review and revoke wolfgangOS's access to your Google account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops the application from reading any further data from that account.

Limited Use

wolfgangOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where it is stored

Application data is stored in Google Cloud and Firebase services, in production footage storage on Google Drive, and in Cloudflare storage for images and application downloads. Access is restricted to signed-in team members, enforced both by the application and by server-side security rules.

How long it is kept

Project and production records are kept for as long as they are useful to the business. If a team member leaves, their access is removed and their account record can be deleted on request; the work they produced for the channel remains, as company production material.

Children

Neither this website nor wolfgangOS is directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page will be updated. Continued use of the application after a change means the new policy applies.
